This piano is a rare and beautiful piece. Rebuilt by local technician Jeffery Saarela (Technician of Osmo Vanska, Conductor, MN Orchestra), this piano is in top performing condition, has a gorgeous case, and original ivories. All Steinway original parts have been used to rebuild this very special piano.

This model A2 was manufactured in 1901. The soundboard, pinblock, strings, bridges and action were replaced by Steinway employees with Steinway original parts at A&C Piano Craft in NY City. The piano has perfect crown, down bearing, tone, touch, and pin tightness.

Serious or enthusiastic players are requested to call ahead for an auditioning of the piano. this way you can be assured some 'alone time' to explore the piano.
