Wells Pianos is proud to offer Brodmann pianos. Brodmann pianos represent a tremendous value, with the dynamic range and tone of far more costly pianos. The Professional Edition (PE) pianos, are designed in Vienna and use European components such as Strunz soundboards, Abel hammers, Röslau strings, and Langer-designed actions (Renner actions in the model PE228 grand). The scale design of the 6′ 2″ model PE187 is that of a Hamburg Steinway Model A and is often singled out for praise. Likewise, the model 212 corresponds to the Steinway Model B, and the 228 corresponds to the Steinway Model C.
