We offer a 100% trade-in on some purchases. This applies to new MSRP pricing. This does not apply to rebuilds or used pianos. The piano must be traded in on a piano at least double the MSRP of the initial piano purchased. The 100% trade-in policy cannot be applied to consignments. The trade-in program is not a buy-back program. We do not buy pianos back at full price; they are assessed on an individual basis, and the purchase is at the discretion of Wells Pianos.
